love how people think its appropriate to say slanderous things on here! They attempt to in someway sway others from enjoying the service of PEOPLE who are just trying to make it through the work day!

Don't ask for Paige ... She has been very nasty to my parents and I. We asked for ranch and she got very upset with us, she said "I'm getting it (very snotty)" to us. But I still love steak n shake!

The service here was completely ridiculous. Besides our waitress everyone was standing around talking. People were walking out because no one helped them!

Worst service ever had to call girl back to clean our table waited 20 minutes for water never brought us menus waited another 25 minutes and found out the girl never put our order in we walked out

After last night I'll nvr return 2 this location. The waitress slammed our meals & silverware on the table. Whn I told her I thought she was rude she just shrugged. No mgmt available for complaints?

Well the service STILL sucks. I was told twice by the waitress she would bring more coffee but I still had to beg for it. Then she brought it out right as we were leaving. Ugh.

Since the speaker is broken at the drive thru they screw up all of your order for 5 minutes and then make you pull to the window and order. Extremely annoying.
