I love this swimming pool .. 33 metres. 4 metres at deepest. Perfect for swimming for fitness and practicing free diving, scuba and snorkeling . Life guards are pretty relaxed too.

Have lunch while you spa . Sandwiches are cheap and surprisingly good. Avoid meal deal - you get free tea , flavoured water and fruit anyway.

Great pool, with tempting diving boards . Place looks a bit old, but this adds to its charm.

Half decent equipment and pool, but not as spacious as some of the other Better Gyms . Lockers take a £1 coin (returnable)

Yoga class on Sunday morning at 11am is £10 for an hour ????????

Nice 33m swimming pool although it would need a little refresh

This small boxing venue has a rich tradition of great British boxing matches I was lucky to do several there.

Really nice, quiet , reasonably priced spa , just a stone's throw from Bethnal Green tube.

Good swimming pool , fair price if you're student, but just like everything, it could be cheaper.

Sit amongst the Pearly Kings and Queens of the East End as you observe to hard men to knock each other out, in the most respectable and dignified fashion. Read more

Bit of an odd one this. No lockers in the changing rooms (some in an isolated location upstairs, small ones in the gym itself) and no water in the gym .

The spa is basic but good value
