The fried noddles, the Nasi Padang and the Mee Rebus. All set out in one place conveniently. We come here once a month to fulfil our hunger. It's quite tight especially lunch time.Fabulous dish, yummy
Chicken Satay are awesome with Peanut Gravy . So do the Beef Satay . Is a must!!! Since 1956! Say to them add Nasi Himpit too ^_~
Owned by my parent`s close friends. The satay and bihun hailam was the bomb. You can`t never go wrong with those two.
Try curry or meehoon noodle ,10ringit/bowl,tasty,portion large, service fast&friend.Open space , Paswifi:capitol5591.
Just opposite Sogo. Always crowded . Good for local drink like kopi, cham, tea , toast bread . Rojak also recommended. Price reasonable. Decor wise, very old shop. Typical old kopi shop.
Mamak Mee Rebus is fabulous, Mihun Hailam best in the world and Nasi Padang is fulfilling. One stop center shop for all races.
This is truly a one country concept cafe with diff race of ppl work together like one family included the customers also like friends.
Chicken came freshly fried and crispy :) good when you have the cravings
Tried the Nasi Padang here. Taste not bad. And price also quite decent. The few decent nasi padangs you can find here in kl.
Long and slow queue at peak lunch hour. Good choices Traditional Padang dishes. Daging dinding is tasty but chewy/tough. Don’t eat other food in the shop
Set lunch @ rm10 nett.....honest & tasty food....brings back the old memories
We tried nasi padang , mee rebus, rojak & roti bakar . All are delicious.
the satay is superb.. a must try. i also love their nasi padang .. ????????
Seriously..rm7 for one piece chicken and one scoop vege .juz coz chinese doesnt mean rich n can cheat,we r smarter than u people.
Ordered 2 sets of the kaya toast and half boiled eggs , Bill came out to RM16++. Just felt this is a little steep
Menu wajib klu dtg sni, kueh teow hailam, roti bakar & roti stim.. Two thumbs up!!
I guarantee you will definitely like the food, service and drinks
Everything is good here. Come early if you hate waiting lol
Good place to eat sate in the evening. The sate is well cook and serve with mouth watering peanut sauce . Better than 'sate kajang'.
Lunch set cheap RM10 per set , toast nice , overall good
Hailam Mee, Rojak , Nasi Padang and even Toasted Bread ???? unfortunately Satay only available from evening onwards.
No where near that of Haji Samuri. They don't serve Fried Koay Teow anymore. Summary, very ordinary food here but truly Malaysian, as in Chinese owner, serving Malay, Indian and Chinese food ????????
Mee Kicap the best in town ! Cili potong the best condiment!
The artistic retouch of the good old years... tasty food. .
Early lunch . As usual, swift service. Office crowds not in yet, so ample time to enjoy my lunch .
My family tradition. Try the mee hailam . Not forgetting the Nasi goreng . Perghhh! Apek! One more please!
Toast and coffee is good. Morning's Nasi Lemak with kerang is the best breakfast one can find nearby.
Love the food and the people here.. Truly 1Malaysia ♥️
My chicken was also raw on the inside with blood n reddish meat.want to throw the food back on the stupid malay man face n get my money back.
Satay only starts serving at 5pm. And the old uncle don't fry Nihon or noodle anymore. A young Malay youngster has taken over. Taste nothing special. Satay boleh tahan saja.
Long queues here. Come early, or be disappointed. Also rarely see a Malay/Indian/Chinese coffeeshop.
The mihun Thailand not so delicious today, probably due to different cook. It was too dry lacking black soy sauce , etc. Not worth the effort after a long tedious walk from Masjid Jamek.
The fried kuay teow cooked by the Old Chinese Uncle suprisingly so tasty..
The cafe has a new cook. Noodle tastes 'usual' only. Nothing spectacular that makes you come again and again. I may have to rethink of coming back if no improvement on its taste. Not worth my time????
Tried the fried beehoon . Nothing great place messy not regrets owner didn't bother to upkeep. Has yet to try the satay not open still on Raya
Nasi goreng cina, bihun hailam & satay is a MUST try menu.
Simple and reasonably priced....
Good food with reasonable price
Their RM10 set lunch
Classic place.satay is good
Cheapest Nasi Lemak in town
the best ever chinese, malay & mamak food!!!
Breakfast , Lunch and evening tea
Unfortunately it's close today. Not sure because of road development for underground MRT or road improvements.
they make the most fucking worst drinks here My iced barley is very plain u cant fucking taste the barley at all. i asked for barley they just add ice FUCK U SERVICE ALSO RUDE I WONT COME HERE ANYMORE
The best sate ever. Never eat lemaks until I eat this sate .
If for nothing else, order the Bihun Hailam, cooked by this ancient old dude, may not look like much but its absolutely Stupendous!
Shit place.very dark n dirty .and if u eat nasi padang here dont forget to bring at least rm7 coz thats what it cost just for one piece chicken and one vege .rip off expensive .mixedrice elsewhere better
Try nasi goreng with fried egg . Looks like simple but its owesome!!
Kopi O , satay
