Very cool place but service sucks, be prepared to wait forever for everything.
Amazingly set up, physically on the beach with gorgeous decor. The food is very sea-heavy and service can be a little slow but makes for a very nice venue.

Cool cafe by the beach, located inside a hotel. Good place for lunch, coffee and skateboard activities. Great view. Great food and nice coffee. Definitely visit again next time in Pattaya. - Jc Xu
