Clean . Nice staff , very friendly . Close to the beaches and islands as well as St. Pete. Great amenities and quiet rooms.

Great size rooms, lots of beach perks (chair,umbrella, towels) perfect for July 4th....you can see all fireworks right from your room!

The stay was acceptable the room clean and nice. Except the only (2) cons during our stay was the remote control didn't work and the plumbing wasn't up to par....

I like It here because it is close to both the beach and Brightwater Field

Nice comfortable apartment concept but bring your hairdryer because they are not provided here.

Rooms close to the check out desk are noise and the laundry room is right there too! Hotel is great and close to everything. Breakfast is tasty!
