This pub 's upstairs theatre is tiny, but still manages to put on some great plays and musicals . As with any venue, production quality varies but their Sondheim productions are always good.
killer burgers , and the fried breaded pork is divine!
The new menu is really good - e.g. Pork Belly for £6.95.
Food was dire we complained...how the hell can a chef ruin spaghetti and pan off rocket as basil ...never got a refund though my friend did!
Great 'proper' pub . I run the quiz (1st Sunday of each month)
The Chips are good, but pricey
Great theatre, terrific plays, excellent performances. Also a lovely little theatre pub downstairs and tasty pizza from next door. One of my favourite small venues in London. - Sascha Auerbach
Great pub theatre. - Paul Williams
It’s a cool spot under/around Waterloo station. I went for the shows and it was well worth it for the cool vibes. - Brittany Sübers
