Employees are nice. Croutons on salad suck usually. Pumpkin spice lattes and chai lattes are amazing.

I'm never getting mac n cheese here again! Every time I do, its frozen, or somethings wrong with my order and they wont fix it. I'm sticking with a good old fashioned bagel .

Do not come after 7PM. Received only half a cup of soup that was cold, unripe tomatoes , dining room full of giggling teenagers! The water was great.
Normally I love panera but this one gypped me on salad and my sandwich was plain. It normally has Dijon mustard and mayo ..
