The uniqueness of Miso Ramen comes from its broth and noodles. These two components, when combined, creates the Miso Ramen specialty, a dish that’s both delicious and healthy.

When in need of a ramen fix , come here! Vegetarian ramen is great. Claims to be vegan if you nix the egg . Noodles a bit larger than usual but worth every slurp. Small space so be prepared to wait
a shockingly good ramen-ya near grove street. noodles made in house(!!); great bounce. i recommend their simpler ramen like the takana . terrible playlist, awkward service, but a real destination bowl!
Don't forget to ask for their amazing homemade red chili oil ! Goes great drizzled on everything, but I have it in my Takana ramen ????????????
Seafood Ramen is awesome. Could use a few more shrimps and scallops but the flavor is very good. Also good, the grilled calamari ! Try it!
I was really surprised with the quality of this accidentally found restaurant . Ramen was great and they served me late night . Appreciate
This was the Kalbi and it was great, I added extra eggs with it.
Taste is not bad I like their noodle . But their soup is "Tonkotsu " which is pork broth . I couldn't find any real Miso ramen in the menu, though this restraint's name is "Miso " ramen .
Everything is good! The owner and staff REALLY care about their product. I wish every restaurant put so much care into their food.
The Oxtail Ramen was fantastic. This place is going to be a great addition to the Jersey City dining scene
I love it here. Can’t go wrong with most things on the menu and the owner is super sweet.
Glad they opened a ramen place in JC. Vegetarian ramen isn't the best I've had, but still pretty good.
Sadly, Union Republic is gone but Miso Ramen is a solid option for a ramen fix . The gyoza are great to get you going.
If I could f*ck, marry, kill things in this restaurant it'd be the Gyoza , The Pork Ramen in Tonkatsu , and the lack of heat in the front of the place. Excellent addition to downtown!! ???? ???? ????
Marble pork bun and wild and spicy ramen with chasu pork !! ????
Delicious ramen . Fast, very friendly service . BYOB
Taste is above average, place not too comfy .
Be forewarned: if you are a seeker of high quality authentic noodles , you have made a wrong turn. Limited veg options (where's the tofu ?), no peanuts , too spicy and salty broth, not a square meal...
The chicken buns and wild pepper spicy ramen
I prefer the miso broth over the tonkotsu but I definitely love the chasu ramen . Not as good as Manhattan places but the best that jersey city has to offer and enough to settle a craving!
Pork buns were amazing ????????
Any of the Spicy ramens
Love their ramen . Big portion .
The chicken buns were tasty where as the vegetarian ramen was a bit bland.
Chasu ramen
Ramen to die for
Nice place. Good food
The beef ramen is delicious! They need to improve on their heating system, it's kind of cold inside.
Any ramen is good here. Start with crispy gyoza to whet your appetite. - Jenny Lee
No. 3 on the menu is one of the best ramen I've had in the US. - YR Wang
Kimchi beef buns are delicious! Also, the cucumber salad was tasty. Nice ambiance and servers. BYOB!! - Miguel S
Strawberry cheesecake crepe is too die for so delicious great place late hours and a wide variety - Taya
