It gets pretty busy weekday mornings while Pitt is in session.

Staff is ALWAYS so pleasant, no matter how busy. Favorite Starbucks

Always crowded , always slow...and often smells funky.

Worst day to go is Wednesday! For the 4th time, I have had an issue and am now calling the main office .

Long line and they never seem to have as much food as other Starbucks.

Cafe mocha with whip is delicious.

Try a Coconut White Mocha in the summer.

The WiFi here can kinda suck. Try connecting to the UPMC GIA WiFi instead. So much better.

Get a peppermint white mocha , iced or hot. Delicious!

You can do much better in Oakland.

Starbucks mobile card works here but they have some trouble scanning the barcodes
