Afternoon tea includes free hot beverage (tea,coffee,hot chocolate ,Horlick 's,etc) plus free 1/4 waffle plus small scoop of ice cream or small glass (really small) of mango sago .

I like their salted fish and chicken fried rice . Vegetable of the day and the spicy squid are other dishes I enjoyed.

Afternoon tea combo comes with complementary dessert ! (choice of ice cream waffle , mango sago , egg pudding )

The fried noodles are killer here, extra marks for presentation and crispness.

This place renovated (but kept the same English name) and is now a dim sum restaurant rather than a HK-style diner . The dim sum is actually pretty decent.

Dessert is included with all afternoon tea combos ! Choice of egg pudding , sago , or waffle .

Servers are inexperienced but the food is pretty decent. The deep fried cuttlefish is amazing!

Came back recently, what a letdown. Stay far away from the yin yang fried rice and the Shanghai noodles - far away!
