The person that assisted me was very nice and very helpful.
No free wifi . A WIRELESS store doesn't have free wifi . Now that's just stupid. Also, not many places to sit while you wait. Wait times are sometimes WAY too long. Pros: Lots of phones on display.
Make sure you sign in. You can't miss the touchscreen as soon as you walk in...
Now the sign in is a little computer. Not so busy as they used to be.
