An artificial beach created on the side of waterfront facing Hudson river . Good place to chill .

Most of the gates are locked, but you will find the entrance at the southeast corner.

This park is bike unfriendly. Officer told us we weren't allowed in the park loop at all. Let's hope that changes soon!
