The process is very fast wish they just add a few more employees to speed things up

Keep family together and only approach desk one at a time - relatively quick when you get to the desk. Don’t expect conversation :)

Get off your plane quickly and head straight to the shortest immigration line or you can be stuck for an hour or more here. Consistently longest immigration lines I’ve ever seen!

People mountain ,people sea.Queued for 1hour 10mins.Super long queue,other plane arrival arrives faster than people exiting checkpoint despite most counters are open.WiFi ended up congested & unusable.

Always have some spare time before boarding time! You never know what will happen.

Everyone is going to queue barge without asking: be at peace with it or join in. Roughly 20min from the partition wall to the front

Process is very slow, even we checked in online but the que was long so we ended up on the normal counter, staff on all counters and immigration were slow.
