Great food, but really inefficient system. One employee makes your order but this holds them up greatly. Plus, some of them are rude. The food is worth putting up with grumpy people

Every bagel is good here! I love the Hawaiian coffee . Try the express line if you want just a coffee or you're ordering bagels to go (with nothing on them).

I ordered the special number two, with smoked jam and cream cheese . So good for lunch even though most of the people go there for breakfast .

This place is always crazy busy for a reason: great bagels ! Order online and go inside to avoid wasting 1/2 a tank of gas in the drive thru or 1/2 an hour waiting in the queue inside.

The best coffee I've ever had! Hazelnut - french vanilla is a must.. with a everything bagel and the chive cream cheese !!

bagel sandwich with lox and cream cheese is $4.66. same sandwich is $7 at brueggers, and it is bigger, fresher, and tastier at bagel world.

My favorite sandwich ...a lightly toasted salt bagel with warmed ham and cheese and honey mustard ...yummmm

Regarding their long lines : it's not because they have bad staff . The staff works hard and fast, but everyone wants to customize the hell out o their order, and the place is very popular.

This place always has a line . It's mostly teenage girls in pajama bottoms. Call ahead and avoid the wait .

The problem is not the staff (they are great) its the customers who don't know how to form a line ... They just stand in a cluster (especially the high school kids ) and make the wait worse.
