Not very crowded , yet has all the best equipment. Dare I say a hidden gem ?
You can use the cycling room when its empty. I bring my own CDs and play them through the sound system .
Much smaller than South Bethesda. If you have the regional passport, I'd take a pass.
Use the kid's room when its not in session for padded stretch mats.
