Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen

As a NJ native who lives in Phoenix & was visiting Denver, easily the best bagels west of the Mississippi. As close to what I grew up w/as I've had in a long time. Bonus points for Taylor ham on menu!

Green chili cream cheese is out of this world. Made with real Hatch chilies. They boil their bagels here, and apparently doctor the tap water to approximate NYC water.

Sausage egg and cheddar on an egg everything bagel was great! The staff were very bubbly for it being 6am and the cold brew was delicious.

Best bagels in CO!

A very disappointing experience. Long wait . So overpriced. Expect to wait an extra 15 minutes if you want your bagel toasted. Very small portions of spread and the tofu cream cheese tastes off.

Totally overrated. Nothing special. Was very excited to be in the neighborhood at the right time to try Rosenbergs. Disappointed in the hype. Moe's is far superior when you have a craving.
