The people are very nice and helpful. They located an item for us that wasn't on the main floor and helped us load furniture in our car!
They've got a small Starbucks location thing here. Also, it feels less unethical than shopping at Walmart. But it's your basic department store .
They are excellent at check out line management here. The wait is never long, despite almost always being busy.
