Quesadilla Faja: Thee best chicken quesadilla I've ever had! Definitely recommend this :)
Always get great service. The chimi is awesome but my go to meal is Enchiladas Rancheras .
Not authentic in the least, but the staff is incredibly friendly and you'd be hard pressed to find cheap decent food anywhere else in Elk River.
