I had the chicken roast on a Sunday and it was delicious. Veg and Yorkshire pudding very tasty too.
The goats cheese & butternut squash tart is the perfect summer treat. Or if it's a Sunday, try the 21-day aged West Country roast beef , after a lovely long walk along the river .

Funny smell inside the pub , lots of outdoor seating but it’s lacking character and not so cozy . Roast dinners are good but nothing to write home about!
Reassuring to see the old favourites on the menu following the refurb. Southern Chicken though is a HUGE disappointment. It used to be generous (x4 pieces), now it isn't 3 (3x legs 1x small piece)
