There are a million other places within walking distance where you can get good food. I work in this building, and I only eat here when I don't have time to cross the street.
if you don't have any money, just ask to try something!! if you do... check out the ORANGE CHICKEN
Worst panda I've been to. Half of the selections were empty. Orange chicken hard as a rock. Walk across the street and get some real food!
Only Panda Downtown that charges for refills. Must be a cheap franchisee. Take extra napkins/sauce/forks to show 'em!
Always get half and half (fried rice & chow mien )
Don't eat the TCBY ice cream . Nothing but a icy mush.
