Great gym with lots of great equipment. But yeah, put away your equipment when done with it.
Not the cleanest gym but good location. You can view it right from the 401 - difficult to see from the street. Hidden behind a factory .

There's 4 speed bumps before you actually get to the parking lot . The first 3 are brutal!
