Makes a very good Old Fashioned cocktail , loved his own recipe " the flying peppa ", which won a competition prize. Needs some more research on the Sazerac ;)

Food was below average and way to expensive for what we got.Service was horrible our evening. Friendly but VERY long waiting times. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone at the moment.
