I have a walker. And I needed the second floor. I was on the main floor. The elevator and escalator to the bay were out. I was expected to walk to the other end and come back. I said no thank you.
You can never find a register or associate and when you do they are always busy.
Tried to sell us a previously used toaster oven. Not impressed.
