For the management: please ensure all your cashiers are OK and ready; just had a cashier with droopy eyes taking my ordern and telling her co-workers that she's already sleepy. Have them take breaks!

Featuring the bitchiest cashier they have (Wendie) whose face was never graced with a hint of a smile. I recommend an intense customer service refresher for this person!

Try choco double frap in Mc Cafe ! One of the best! I sooo lurve it!!!

If you're drooling over their Coke float or sundae , you have to make sure that you'd go there before midnight 'cos they no longer offer it after 1AM.

their 50 pesos meals always saves me when i'm nearly broke and its far from payday!

I had to add Nescafe 3-in-1 to the coffee being served here. Too bland. Seems like its the second brew.

The cashier didn't gave me my 5 ketchup request and insisted that they give only 3 ketchups to large fries ..the crew are not that polite..I recommend the eastwood mall branch than here.
