I had a bone marrow soup I think, it’s a Korean tradition, it’s so yummy definitely try it! Especially if you’re not Korean like me!
Order the seolleongtang (bone soup ). "Itss simplicity is deceptive, but fish around in the milky bone broth , and you'll encounter slabs of beef , light wheat noodles and tender white rice ." Read more
At Gahwa, they do bibimbap right—rife with fresh vegetables and lovely crunchy toasty bits of nurungji, or rice that's been crisped from the heat of the stone bowl. Read more
Best Ox-bone soup / 설렁탕 / (or seollentang) in the town . Their kimchi is also good. Try Soo-yook! Delicious!
What Nancerella said about Gahwa using "salt laced with MSG as their main staple of season" is 100% not true. I dont know where he/she got this from. Gahwa has salt on the side to add on one's own.
This is where they boil the broth, for the longest time, so it tastes BOMB!
I was horrified when they said that they don't use salt but a salt laced with MSG as their main staple of seasoning. I am VERY sensitive to MSG and one bite causes my throat to swell up... Bad!!!!!!!
Seolleongtang . Beef tendon . Oxtail soup
Ox tail soup was bland no taste. Saddest banchan ever was kimchi , cabbage and scallions . Did not know how to eat it. Bulgogi had random vegetables in the soup
su lung tang is hypnotizing
