Very bad reception organization . Can not understand you and arrange rooms easily. Actually no one speaks "normal" english. Choose another hotel if you can...

We stayed at Pineta in May/2011 and we liked so much. The room is really clean and the service is good. The hotel has a bus suttle to central Rome everyday at 09AM and at 08PM to return. I recommend. - Alexandre Pereira
