The beach is clean and enjoyable. Reasonable parking fee $5. Including getting a badge to spend the day is reasonable.
The great lawn is NOT Pier Village . The Great Lawn is Beachfront North Town Homes. Pier village is on the south side of the hotel .

Lovely views of the ocean from the 11th floor. Queen size bed and a couch nice room. Indoor pool, I was there in January for an overnight quick stay. Bar and restaurant right downstairs, and a beach. - Todd A Williams
