The self-service ticket kiosks print rather slowly and use a lot of paper for each ticket so it's easy to accidentally leave tickets behind. Check that you have ALL your tickets before you leave.
The screens are still on the small side but the cinemas have been completely refurbished with fully reclining seats . Bulk buy your tickets in advance to save a few dollars.
Recliner seats in all cinemas are well worth the price of the tickets

Online booking means no need to get physical tickets or waste time with kiosk or the concession stand for a physical ticket.

Best cinemas recliners all round
Cinema 1 - most comfortable chairs and a comfortable level of aircon.
The seats are more cosy than Cineplex ones, but it sacrifices the price of tickets.
A very unpleasant experience where a 10year old was placed in a seat next to us (3 consecutive seats) Kids running through cinema ... loud ... rude and Hoyts person walked past and did NOTHING...
