Very nice hotel with good international buffet and breakfast buffet . When ordering drinks during happy hour , the staff will double your order so keep that in mind and order less.

Fantastic staff (Champ deserves special mention), great breakfast , convenient location to all major shopping places, lovely rooms!

There's one very nice 卤猪脚饭 nearby Eastin in the morning, and one super delicious 炒粿条at night, must try !

Chinese restaurant in hotel Tim sum is delicious fri noodles is good .Do not order Peking duck very disappointed.

This is the worst 4 star hotel , i've ever seen, even 3 star hotels are better than here. Enjoy your day/s.

Very nice and clean in general. But not meticulous in nitty gritty stuff. Management is also a bit not up to standard in customer service experience. :/

Taxi and Tuk tuk in front of hotel is bad. Be careful they're like a thief and tell u for price just 10-20 baht that impossible after that they will be charge ur money alots
