Grab a table outside if you can... fish & chips , celtic stew , blarney puffballs - it's all amazing! I recommend the cider they've got on tap for these hot summer evenings.
Downstairs has a much better atomsphere, so if your party is all over 21, try to get seats down there. And of course, try the blarney puffballs , especially if you're a cheese lover!
Try the cider on tap - it's a nice chance of pace and goes perfectly with Blarney Puffballs and Fish & Chips ! Family-friendly dining is available upstairs.
The fish and chips were cooked perfectly and not heavily breaded . The coddle soup and soda bread was also very tasty
Go to the Irish Lion and try the Celtic Stew . It's the best thing to warm you up during the cold Bloomington winters. Don't forget to add some Blarney Puffballs to your meal!
The Celtic Stew is soooo good! Much like a beef pot roast but creamier and the lamb meat just melts in your mouth
Best Leg of Lamb I've ever tasted and the potatoes were delicious! Celtic Stew was very flavorful with lots of lamb slices. Yum!
Best atmosphere for a pint in town . Used to work in a British pub and this makes me feel right at home. Also usually has one British or Irish cider on tap !
If you get soup , the soda bread that comes with is great. The building is from the 1880's. Get a Guinness , some grub, then head to Roy's.
Love the Celtic Stew here. Great atmosphere. Occasionally the hostesses have been incredibly rude though.
The chicken cordon bleu is amazing. I love the salads and the blarney puff balls always make a great snack while drinking a Guiness .

Order the Blarney puffballs ... Amazing potato and cheese deepfried into heavenly balls of Nom'ing!
The smithwicks is better here than in Ireland. Try it and see.
