Check-in counter open 3 hrs before flight departure time and close 45 mins before departure . Be aware of long queue at check-in. Come early, so u won't miss ur flight .

If you fly international and have luggage to drop off, make sure you come much earlier because the service counters don't open as early as they should and there is a line up.

Enter soon to avoid a line and move away faster from the staff who just loose their smiles when starting work. ..

overflowing at 4 am (!!!) w people cramming to check in for china and everywhere else in asia at the same time. atmosphere resembles a bus station . hectic. ????

Sales counter sucks ladies go have breakfast when 100s are waiting for customer service....when they come back to work....some are listening to music or talking over the phone while you standing there

If you fly international better not to check in bags - the drop off queues open late and lines are long!

I hate LCC. Can't compare with TG or other normal airliner . I miss Business or First class service and seat also food

I have not go on Air Asia for more than 8 years...still no improvement.. poor service... only one auto check in kiosk function.. poor air port facilities and forever flight DELAY

You can avoid a long waiting in queue by checking in via web-checkin or kiosk. While the baggages are dropped at the counter. Then the boarding pass will ne verified.

Buy the ticket including with baggage or add more bag 4 hrs. before flight time 50 % cheaper.

Arrived 2hrs prior flight , to find a long line for check-in. Very slow service. Bag drop only had one counter and was very slow too. Recommend arriving early to avoid stress.

I just wish that the open more counters for check in luggage ...

No loading luggages pls check in online and printing . Better way to do kiosk here. Crowed people fronted kiosk.

AirAsiaThailand is moving their Bangkok flights to Don Mueang Airport by October 1,2012

need to pay extra for a earlier flight for airaisa

If this is your only option than that is just too bad ! Over price lousy customer service ! All is about$$$$$$$$$

Webチェックイン済みで預ける荷物がなくても、Baggage Dropの列に並ぶことになるが、カウンターの荷物預かり準備ができてなくとも、パスポートと機内持ち込み 手荷物の重量確認を先にして出国手続きに進ませてくれることがあるので、予め「預ける手荷物はない」アピールをしておくと良い。日本人以外のアジア人はやたら荷物が多い。

С учетом, что добираться до аэропорта надо только на такси , не такой уж и бюджетной выглядит эта авиакомпания .
