Look out for the specials! Some of the best stuff (prime rib ) is only available as a special. If you miss that, you'll just have to survive on some of the best BBQ around.
Hubby & I split the "Steve's sampler" (ribs , brisket , sausage and smoked pork )also ordered the hot chicken dip (extremely good) The ribs were delicious as was the pork . The brisket was a little dry
