The lines at the cashier register move much faster at the main level.

They don't carry the trend line :( ! But they do have a huge kids section , which means lots of fun hair accessories !

Avoid this location - it's a waste of time. There's a really sweet salesperson named Ivan. If he's not there leave. Go to H&M in the E 50s. This store gets no love from headquarters. It's leftovers.

The lines are always horrendously long. Plan ahead and/or bring your patience.

Such a terrible place. Worst H&M I have ever been to. So grossly understaffed, the store is always trashed and the line is always so long. I am NEVER coming here again!
