The food was nice, sedap, esp the Nasi Lemak for b/fast, but our room(junior suite) was quite stuffy, dusty, the bed was hard. My parents had uncomfy sleeps. The a/c couldn't be controlled. 6/10.
The parking lot are very limited during peak season. The service at the reception is very late too

It was the suckiest hotel ever at a 4 star rated! 1 lift serving 10 floors and we had to wait 10 mins just to take us from lobby to floor 8. U will experience the staircase eventually.Rooms were dirty

Beware of bugs on the bed...happened on June 2015.
The exterior looks nice because of the fresh paint but the interior is really old and tired. Rooms are not swept daily.
Swimming pool is super crowded on weekends. And the water gets quite dirty .

Terrible hotel ! Air cond broke down three times, maintanence took forever and it was a suite room! Paid RM 500+, couldn't stand the service, had to ask for full refund and checked out immediately!
