We had almost no wait. The salad was fresh, and the low country shrimp and grits special was delicious. The small portion flounder was great, two large pieces of fish . The staff is friendly .
Excellent home style food cooked perfectly & the waitstaff service is excellent. Had the fried seafood platter - best fried scallops I've ever had! Dessert made on the premises matched dinner quality.
The unassuming family restaurant Hoskins might be best meal around. The fried shrimp were fantastic, hushpuppies were second only to Ella's, and the peanut-butter pie topped it off.
Best place for seafood in North Myrtle Beach, PERIOD! Forget the gimmicky "boardwalk" seafood buffets and tourists traps in the area. They are all distant 2nds compared to what is served at Hoskins.
The daily 3-course lunch time specials are guaranteed to be delicious! Tastes like good ol' homemade southern cookin!
Get the scallops sandwich & add a little of their homemade tartar sauce . If you don’t think it’d be good, just ask them! ???????????? (then some homemade coconut pie ????)
Great service! The pulled pork platter is the bomb! Also their cream of crab soup . You can't go wrong with this place!
If they have the burger special , get it! Today's was a burger on pretzel bun topped with pimento cheese and fried green tomatoes . It is awesome!
