My experience was opposite of Wesley's. I was in the store less than two minutes and I had someone ask me if I had any questions. He talked with me for thirty minutes answering all of my questions.

Every time I come in service is fast and awesome! 5 stars!

Today wasn't the first time I've been ignored here, but it will surely be the last. I'll try stores in Fort Worth 20mi away before I come here again, even though it's just 2 miles from my house.

Walked in and there are 5 employees and only 1 is helping a customer. I walked around looking at mountain bikes for approximately 15 minutes without 1 person offering to help me. I will not buy here.
