My family has been eating at Barbacoa since the first location opened in Holladay years ago. Pretty consistent. Enjoy their soup on a cold day
A burrito can sometimes be messy to eat. Try the bowl for food that's just as good if not better and easier to eat. (Go sweet pork !)
