Organic tomatoes are really good & cheaper than Spiney's or waitrose
Lots of variety however the produce section mainly the fruits are over priced. Awesome imported selection you can get siratcha sauce, Yerba matte , sencha green tea straight from japan and almond mlk
Come here for a sizeable selection of Japanese groceries , imported dairy, and pork . More expensive , in general, than other supermarkets like the Coop and Carrefour. Comparable to Spinneys.
They have good whole wheat bread past the bread isle and on top of the deli counter and they also have frozen edemame microwave friendly
great place to do shopping, exchange, magazine corner and flower shop and dont forget the cafe shop

they have goods for non muslims. they also have a cafe inside ;)
Honestly Abela is not a "nice" place to shop. A bit run down, not particularly clean . Drab. But does have items my waitrose doesn't.
