Kopitiam conveniently located next to open carpark. However, carpark is popular & crowded , partly due to Hill Street Tai Hwa BCM at the next block
Zi char stall average. Nothing to get excited about. Next door Block 10 zi char better by a mile
Drinks here are overpriced
