Pros: Employees have always been very helpful and friendly . Returns are easy. Cons: Ordering online/store pickup, items are never ready when I get there and have to wait for someone to go get them.
This one is passable, but the quality of the lumber isn't as good as the North Hagerstown store. I had to hunt through bins to find boards that were not either the wrong size or damaged.
