3rd time at this resort and would come back again! Very clean , well kept, and great food compared to most other "5 star" resorts in the area.
This is the best all inclusive resort I have been too thus far. Awesome food and awesome staff .
Adults only all-inclusive resort set amidst the jungle in beautiful grounds . The buffet food , while good, does get repetitive & the restaurants feel a little behind the times. Gorgeous pools
Book dinner in the A/C restaurants . Alux, Maiko , Don Pablo. Use colectivo to Akumal, Tulum, Playa to save $. Public beach 5 mins south of tulum ruins is awesome, skip the one located below the ruins.
I have nothing but lovely things to say about this hotel ! Staff is friendly , food is delicious, grounds are so clean ! Try the sriracha beef at Maiko , soooooo amazing.
Grounds are lovely, ocean is great, but if you are a foodie of any sort you'll soon miss well prepared food/drink. Great place to stay, but the food leaves you wanting. Pretty sure I lost weight!
Not sure about the negative comments but the food was awesome. Buffet has great choices and the restaurants just awesome.

Appartements with Whirlpools are really flash. But really quiet here, suitable for people who want to stay in private.

Hermoso hotel !! El personal del hotel son maravillosas personas, todos siempre dispuestos!! Que esté lejos de la playa no es molestia, los carros son de los más divertidos!!!
