Gorgeous resort . The beach is amazing and so is the lagoon , definitely reserve a boat tour as sometimes you can spot crocodiles ! The service is absolutely incredible, everyone was beyond helpful. A+????

Incredibly relaxing and the nicest staff all-around. Las Brisas overlooking the ocean had the best menu, and of course, the views .

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this place is absolutely nuts . I’ve never seen such sincere, on point hospitality . If you can swing it go for the all inclusive, it’s so worth it

The pools are wonderful!! watch out for the marble walkways from pool to pool -you can easily slip & get hurt when wet (there should be mats, wood or grating) All in all - a great resort

Outstanding!!!! Held our wedding here and our guests are still taking about it. Amazing gluten free food . The head chef was so over the top amazing. I can't say enough about his resort !!!!! The best!!

huge assortment of pools-the amazing beach . It's clean , plenty of space and palapas, nice towels and chair covers… the works. Las Brisas serves an amazing margarita too. the service is exceptional.

El mejor hotel de la Riviera maya, el mejor desayuno y muy bonita playa , eso si, nada barato , pero vale la pena la experiencia de hospedarse en un hotel de lujo cinco diamantes.

Un lugar completamente diferente a cualquier otro en el que te hayas hospedado. El personal es quien se lleva las palmas, te tratan súper bien. La comida genial

No olviden tomar el tour en bote es gratuito y vale mucho la pena.

Excelente lugar, no apto para ir con niños ya que las habitaciones estan lejos de la alberca y de la playa , hay que estar trasladándose en los transportes que pasan seguido o en bicicletas que hay ahi

El hotel es hermoso y esta en un lugar único en el mundo..pero el servicio ha sido terrible en toda mi estancia una verdadera lástimano me dan ganas de regresar.Ya solo se quedo el nombre de Fairmont .

Tienes que pasar un día en Willow Stream, no te vas a arrepentir, excelente atención y experiencia única.
