I love the Japanese food at Ootoya! Fairly priced and you certainly get full.
Food is really good, but most of it - acquired taste! You need to learn before you will like it!
Delicious food and great value . The waitress was rude and impatient with us because we weren’t able to read parts of the menu.
Was much better before. Now they put much less maguro in your rice . And if there is a line they take ur order before u r seated which results in cold food served to u

ランチタイムを避けて来たのにオーダーから料理がくるまで20分も待たされ、来た料理の容器の外側にはタレ がべっとり付き、お茶を持って来た店員はなにも言わずお茶を置いて去っていく。いろんな意味で残念なお店。
店内は天井が低く、フロアは広く感じます。居酒屋 と同じビルに入っているため、入口でキャッチに声をかけられて不快な思いをします。
店内は割と広めで週末の昼でもさほど並ばず入れる。注文は卓上のタッチパネルから。
店員の態度、店の雰囲気(客層)すべてがヒドイ。他の大戸屋とかなり違う。悪い意味で。
支払いにSuicaが使える。お手洗いは女性専用 ×1、男女兼用×1。
カキフライ は微妙な味。
店の雰囲気が良いです！
