A wonderful and kind of hidden place in Lisbon. Not just a traditional museum but a complex with a park , amphitheater and a modern art museum too. You will want to stay and enjoy the stillness.
Visit this museum for its breathtaking, wonderful collection consisting of many masterpieces, well-laid out. Wi-fi is free! Plus, take a stroll in the garden after seeing the artworks.
The design and architecture of the grand auditorium are simply grandiose. And merge with nature, Japanese inspiration. Delightful. Powerful. Natural.
Modern art , diverse museum collection and grounds to die for - spend as little or as long as you want at the Foundation. They do so much more than Philanthropy and Music .
The permanent exhibition is breath taking. One of the best paintings Turner did from a ship Through a storm (if you like william turner you know what I'm talking about) is here.
Museum based on private collections of Calouste Gulbenkian, which span 4000 years of art history and are housed in a 1960s modernist complex. See art and don't forget the modern art section.
Excellent collection of paintings and ancient art/crafts, frequent life music performances too. Well worth spending an afternoon here (especially on a Sunday).
The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation near the Eduardo VII Park is where you'll find works by Rembrandt, Monet, and Renoir. Don't miss the Modern Art Center, home to great contemporary Portuguese art .
Best museum in Lisbon. Beautiful collection and lovely grounds -- make sure you save some time to wander around afterwards.
Best collections are located at the finale of the exhibition . Contemporary section is skipable
This museum is home to both ancient and modern paintings manuscripts, and jewels. Works by Degas, Durand, Manet, Monet, and Pigalle are included in its impressive collections.
You can save money visiting it on Sundays after 2pm as then tickets are free
Great combination of classic and modern art . Free entry on Sunday (still need a ticket).

Definitely the best museum in town ! Free all sunday. Worth to visit again and again.
Nice collection, garden and cafe
That's what I call a impressive private collection . The guy is a show off. The museum feels confusing, though.
One of the greatest collections ever. Specially modern. A must see.
The collection is good, but the building is actually the main attraction . Opend at the end of the 60s and is still a fantastic landside! Read more
Don't forget to check out the Lalique collection.
Beautiful garden :)

Áudio guia a 1€.
Vale o almoço no restaurante Luzboa! Comida excelente e barata .

One of the best collections you will see in the world because you have a few items of almost everything, but everything is first rate; like the Vase from 2000BC that does not have a crack or scratch. - Kavyo Kavyo
Quiet, interesting and beautifully presented art. Nice lunch at the canteen too. - Sally Richardson
Unique space where boat roapes were made up until 1992, which explains the huge length if the building. It now holds an array of exhibitions throughout the year. - Ana Costa
