A beautiful area that offers scenic hiking , river boat tours , plenty of photo ops and several hidden caves .
Beautiful view of the Mississippi! The pavilion is amazing, and the riverboat tours are fun!
Walk around downtown Saint Paul and chill in the park and watch the river . Lots of free events go on on Harriet Island including Irish Fair and the Taste of Minnesota, which may not be free anymore...
