Walking into the Corinthian is like walking into a taverna in a Greek town with all the food and atmosphere you would expect to find inside. It has been feeding the Greek community and the diverse denizens who have made Marrickville their home for fifty years.

Try some traditional Greek food , without leaving the country . Often busy on weekends, so be patient, it will be rewarded with good hearty meat meals. Seafood and salads also available. Kali orexi!
You can tell this is authentic Greek, when all the local Greeks come here too! and it's always opened till late. Can't go wrong with lamb , but also try the Holoumi, Calamari or Moussaka with veggies !
Love the grilled quail and the taramasalata. And they play old (70s/80s) Greek music I remember from family gatherings. No better Greek in Sydney. Mama does an amazing job in the kitchen.
The bread here is to die for, as is the lamb and saganaki . This place has a homely feel, like a greek mama just cooked up a storm! - bit pricey :)
Fantastic Greek food - don't be intimidated by the goats heads in the baine marie in the window. Read more
Hasn't changed the tiniest bit since the time I first came here as a kid (we're talking decades). Great food but a bit pricey .
Don't fill up on bread the dips are delicious tho! Huge servings so pace yourself!
Delicious! If I had a Greek nonna, this is what she would cook!
Meals are HUGE
The serving sizes are generous - don't fill up on bread !
Makedonoicos wine is very good
Yes it's pricy ($1feels a bit much for garlic sauce) but it's good quality fresh food. 2nd best yeeros in Sydney . . . - Tim Grech
This is possibly the best Greek food I have ever had. Make sure to get the platters. Meat platter for two is enough for four and the Seafood platter has a great variety from the sea! Def coming back! - Adam F
The service here is fantastic. The staff are warm and friendly, there is a real family ambience to it. I come here for coffee & All-Day breakfast regularly. Proud to call this our local cafe! - Dayle Bennett
