From someone living in NYC for over 10 years and eating a lot of deli sandwiches , chappys is really good. Stick to the sandwiches though, the salads are filled with iceberg and romaine lettuce.
Not your run-of-the-mill deli . They have it all: great food on an extensive menu AND great service. I recommend the Tuscany panini for chicken lovers.

I like the chicken Quesada. No longer on the menu but orderable. Skip the expensive soft drinks , go for a bowl of soup instead. Most recent visit my wait staff was not attentive.
