BEST hotel in Minneapolis. If you need the gym after hours, just call and they will unlock the door to the gym for you. Every wake up call I had a cup of coffee at the door waiting - GREAT idea!

Comfy beds and good showers , but otherwise just okay.

Be prepared for something to go wrong with your room service order. It's usually a small thing (orange juice instead of grapefruit juice ), but always something.
