they took off my favorite item from the menu....braised short ribs with tortellini . yet another chain restaurant disappointing me with their menu changes .

Don't assume that if there are open tables there are enough servers on to take those tables. That's why they go on waits. The amount of servers, not the amount of open tables you see.

The food is great... my regular server alberto is great..

Ok. Typical chain restaurant with typical obnoxious customers. When will they learn to separate families with young kids from adults wanting a quiet meal?

Def go for the bar 's first come, first serve to avoid the long wait .. And avoid ordering just the soup and salad to not be called a Fat Ass!!! WTH?!? Its on the menu dumbass!!!

Tip for this place- suggest people to work here. They never have enough employees to serve the customers thus causing the wait.

Even when there are open tables they hand you a beeper and ask you to wait.

Not a long wait for two.

Sat for 10 minutes. Not even acknowledged once. Had servers pass us multiple times. Just left.
