Sanpoutei Ramen 三宝亭らーめん

Specially imported top quality flour from Niigata. Each strand of noodle is crimped instead of straight or wavy and processes a light gold hue. Only 200 portions of ramen noodles are prepared daily!

The Tonkatsu ramen is absolutely divine, the chashu melts in your mouth and the broth has so much depth. Service was also quick and polite. Would highly recommend Sanpoutei.

Try their specialty ramen . The chasiu is really well done and the noodles are springy. Have the donburi to accompany your ramen .

The ramen texture is good N love the creamy smooth taste of the soup . Nicely stewed pork slice that goes well with the ramen .

Get the onigiri as a side, it's damn worth it. Very good ramen mainly but the spicy miso broth can get a bit thick like starchy. Overall will return again.

When the ramen arrived, I must admit it looked miserable (sad smattering of ingredients, super small chashu pieces). The only saving grace was the tonkatsu broth - rich, creamy and very umami

Not only is ramen yummy.. Their dons are da bomb. A really nice portion for small eaters not wanting to waste on food.

Ramen noodles have good texture. Above average ramen if craving for that in the holland village area.

Nice springy noodle which gives it a nice al dente feel.

Tonkatsu and Spicy Miso is good! You can also order for extra soup for $3.00. Butariki Don is good too! =)

The tonkotsu ramen has awesome broth. Noodles are springy. Just don't go too late, otherwise the broth has a high residue.

Spicy Miso Ramen is one of my favourite dishes!!!

Try the shoyu ramen . Just the plain one. It's good.

NO vegetable based broth. Only meat and sardine based broth so don't come here if you're a vegetarian .

Good service but the soup stock was a tad too strong for the ingredients. Couldn't taste the ajitamago after drinking it.
